Sounds and Images

Studies have shown that stress weakens the immune system, and that art and music, with their soothing qualities, can help repair the damage. In these times of fear and uncertainty we need our defenses to be as strong as possible and to that end, Carol and I have decided to  present a combination of art and music to, if only for a  moment, help reduce the anxiety of the present situation and strengthen our resistance. Carol has selected pieces of music to go with her artwork and we will be sending them out to the world every few days for the duration. We hope you look at the art and listen to the music and this bolsters your soul for the times ahead.
